In terms of plastic quality, both are good. Not as good as XINH, but better than usual POGO. In terms of printing, I think PG305 does it better, but maybe because it seems to have less thin design elements.
Side prints.
I don't really prefer any of them in terms of the back printing. PG305 has the same front and back print. PG350 seems dull because of the mostly red design. It's all up to preference now.
The reason for the weird back prints is probably because we never got a look at the back print anyway.

We never really got a clear full body look at this Spider-Man; all we have is this, as far as I know.
Good job though for POGO for doing both of these designs, because both are different enough anyway. Great job too to whoever were the designers of these figs because they were able to make interesting designs despite limited source pictures!
I foresee seeing more of these variants soon especially with Infinity War showing soon. WM is actually also gonne be releasing one as far as I know. For now, AngeloMarcus Greenhills has these two for sale, only time will tell if AngeloMarcus Greenhills will have the WM one in stock too
So about the figs again, I recommend just getting both especially since they're not expensive anyway. If you really want a more accurate look though, then maybe your best bet is to wait for the Infinity War movie and for TLG to make their own IW Spider-Man.
